Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders across India.

If you require express delivery (within 3–4 business days), additional charges will apply. Please contact us after placing your order to request this service and get a quote.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and order weight, and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all serviceable postal addresses across India and internationally. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including PIN code / ZIP code and a valid contact number. Our delivery partners may require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and tracking link. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.

Note: Tracking details may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.

Changing the Delivery Address

If you need to update the delivery address, please email us at vandanasareesofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes to the address.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming the order. Vandana Sarees is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order needs to be re-shipped due to such an error, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location, product availability, and courier service constraints.

If you opt for express delivery, we will do our best to deliver the order within 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

For multiple-item orders, we may ship the products separately or together, depending on logistics.

We’ll share an estimated delivery timeline with your confirmation message. If you need your order urgently or on a specific date, contact us after placing the order.

Delayed Shipments

We strive to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please email us at vandanasareesofficial@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

VAT, Duties & International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Billing Address vs. Shipping Address

Billing Address: The address used for invoicing.
Shipping Address: The address where your order will be delivered.

You may choose to send the product to a different recipient as a gift. We also offer gift-wrapping on request and the option to select a preferred delivery date (wherever feasible).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at vandanasareesofficial@gmail.com or call us.

If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
