Availability of Products

We display only the most exclusive, handpicked products that are available in stock. However, due to high demand or limited collections, some items may become unavailable at the time of order. If your selected product is out of stock, we will notify you and suggest alternatives or provide an option to wait until restock.

Product Description & Colour Disclaimer

We try to accurately depict all products in terms of color, size, style, and texture. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting during photography or monitor settings. Minor differences in shades are normal and are not eligible for claims or returns.

Purchase Price & Payment Terms

The price payable is that displayed on our website at the time of your order. Full payment must be made before processing. If any technical pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the payment.

Credit Card and Payment Information

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is valid. We do not store your payment details, and all transactions are processed through secure gateways.

Fraudulent Transactions

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent activities, false information, or unauthorized payment use. Vandana Sarees is not liable for any loss caused by transaction failures beyond our control.

Delivery & Shipping

Shipping is free for all domestic orders. Estimated delivery timelines are shared during checkout. We take reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to logistics, availability, or external factors. For more information, see our Shipping Policy.

International Duties & Customs

Buyers outside India are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with their country’s laws. While we aim to ship as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), if any duties or VAT charges arise, please contact us at vandanasareesofficial@gmail.com for assistance.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted products, returns are only accepted for genuine cases like wrong or damaged products. Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in fulfilling orders due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply shortages.

We are not responsible for any delays in responses.
All conversations are recorded for quality purposes.
Any abuse, spam, or offensive behavior will lead to termination of the chat.
